Responsibilities
- Design and implement WPF interfaces for real-time waveform displays, including trace rendering, persistence modes, and multi-channel overlays.
- Build instrument-control UI for triggering, scaling, channel setup, cursors, and automated measurements.
- Implement waveform decimation, deep-memory acquisition displays, and zoom/pan behavior across captured records.
- Develop touch- and knob/encoder-friendly interfaces for front-panel hardware and on-screen controls.
- Ensure UI stability and responsiveness during sustained real-time operation.
- Implement MVVM architecture separating acquisition data models from rendering and control logic.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building WPF applications for desktop or embedded Windows environments.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET, including performance-critical, real-time-adjacent UI code.
- Deep understanding of MVVM, data binding, dependency properties, and custom control and template development in XAML.
- Experience with multithreading and producer/consumer patterns for continuous data acquisition feeds.
- Strong debugging and profiling skills for latency, frame timing, and memory usage in long-running applications.
- Preferred experience with Qt or Avalonia, SciChart, oscilloscope concepts, GPU-accelerated rendering, Windows IoT Enterprise, SCPI/VISA/LXI, and embedded acquisition hardware.

- Colorado base salary range is $110,740.00 to $184,570.00, with a midpoint of $147,650.00.
- The position is on-site in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
