Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the validation strategy for AI-assisted software delivery.
- Translate macro trading workflows into behavioral rules and validation scenarios.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership and stakeholders to clarify system behavior.
- Build and maintain comprehensive regression coverage for trading workflows.
- Develop and maintain automation for high-value user journeys using Playwright.
- Use AI tools to accelerate validation processes and documentation.
- Validate AI-generated code through targeted reviews and automated tests.
- Create reusable assets for validation and release-readiness.
- Lead user acceptance testing and post-release validation for trading workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in trading technology, quality assurance, or validation engineering.
- Hands-on experience with financial markets or trading technology.
- Strong background in validation for production systems and regression testing.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and convert them into testable requirements.
- Experience developing automation for web applications using Playwright.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills for validating system behavior.
- Practical experience using AI tools in the delivery lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
