Base Salary

$117k - $177k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and build Security & GRC Platform features using data model extensions, Apex services, triggers, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
  • Translate compliance requirements into configurable, machine-executable control specifications and automate control testing and evidence evaluation.
  • Build Agentforce and LLM-powered workflows for signal triage, root-cause analysis, evidence evaluation, and audit narrative generation.
  • Integrate the platform with SIEM, cloud, HRIS, ticketing, and other enterprise systems using Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
  • Develop Lightning and CRM Analytics dashboards for control health, compliance drift, and remediation status.
  • Own canonical controls data models, evidence lineage, schema, sharing rules, and performance decisions.
  • Partner with audit and engineering teams to validate controls, logic, and evidence requirements against SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
  • Build, review, and maintain secure, performant, production-grade software and shared system context for AI-assisted development.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of Salesforce Platform development experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong Apex and SOQL proficiency, plus working proficiency in SQL and Python for data engineering and integrations.
  • Experience designing governor-limit-aware code, data models, and integration patterns including Named Credentials, External Services, and asynchronous Apex.
  • Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into precise technical specifications and automated solutions.
  • Experience designing API integrations and ETL workflows to normalize data into canonical models.
  • Understanding of control testing, evidence collection, and audit requirements, or strong willingness to learn them.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, ownership, collaboration, technical judgment, and end-to-end delivery skills.
  • Demonstrated AI-first engineering approach, including experience with AI development tools and advanced prompt engineering.
  • Related technical degree required.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
  • Preferred: Agentforce, Einstein, LLM framework, Vanta, ServiceNow GRC, CRM Analytics, Tableau, SFDX, Copado, GitHub Actions, OPA, Checkov, AWS, GCP, Hyperforce, and structured or unstructured database experience.

  • The stated annual base salary range is $117,200–$176,700, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
