Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robot learning algorithms for manipulation.
- Develop large-scale real2sim2real pipelines for robotic manipulation.
- Use vision models to extract 3D hand-object manipulation information from real-world situations.
- Integrate tactile sensing, proprioception, and vision into learning pipelines.
- Develop manipulation systems intended to achieve human-level performance and scale to real-world operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 5 years of leading design or architecture for new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience mentoring, serving as a tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: experience with robotic manipulation, reinforcement learning for manipulation, and extracting human manipulation from large-scale video or motion-capture data.
