Responsibilities
- Develop production AI agents for enterprise customers using the Agentforce platform.
- Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with customers and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and own solutions through the full technical lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong background in computer science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and collaborate effectively with customers and sales teams.
- Fluency in English and Finnish.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
