Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, test, and deploy production AI agents for Fortune 500 customers.
- Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture using Agentforce and LLM technologies.
- Build scalable production systems with JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with customers and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs, troubleshoot implementations, and own solutions through the full technical lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams and customers in a consultative setting.
- Fluency in English and either French or German.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
