AI Builder, Emerging Talent - Norwegian Market
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, test, and deploy production AI agents for enterprise customers.
- Design agent prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and end-to-end architecture using AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
- Build scalable systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with clients and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and own solutions through the full technical lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a builder mindset.
- Ability to collaborate directly with sales teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
