AI Builder, Emerging Talent - BNL Market
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design AI agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable production systems using Agentforce, JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Develop AI agents that take real actions for enterprise customers.
- Partner with clients and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic technical solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and iterate rapidly on deployed solutions.
- Collaborate with other Builders in a cross-functional builder pod throughout the technical lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a builder-oriented approach.
