AI Builder, Emerging Talent - Swiss Market
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design and build AI agents that take actions for real customer organizations.
- Design prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and agent architecture using LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
- Architect, develop, debug, test, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with customers and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and own solutions through iteration and deployment.
- Travel 25–50% of the time to work directly with customers.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and either French or German.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a builder mindset.
