AI Builder, Emerging Talent - Swedish Market
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design AI agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production AI solutions using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Develop AI agents that take real actions for customers through the Agentforce platform.
- Partner with clients and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and iterate rapidly on production systems.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional builder pod and own work through the full technical lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong background in computer science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering, with an AI-native builder mindset.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time and work directly alongside customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and an execution-oriented approach.
