Base Salary
$230k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural decision-making aligned with company goals.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable Swift and Objective-C code.
- Mentor engineers through design decisions and architectural trade-offs.
- Drive code quality through PR reviews and constructive feedback.
- Champion AI-assisted development and mentor others in its use.
- Architect and implement solutions for interactive media manipulation.
- Contribute to the release process and improve release management.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building iOS applications in Swift and/or Objective-C.
- Experience owning projects from prototypes to customer rollout.
- Professional experience with mobile consumer applications at scale.
- Experience with media manipulation frameworks like AVFoundation and Core Image.
- Track record of mentoring engineers and improving code quality.
- Experience with feature flagging and release management tools.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort with AI-assisted development workflows.
