Base Salary
$196k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers and partners to successfully onboard and implement Ripple's solutions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to launch new products and features.
- Serve as a functional and technical specialist to meet business objectives.
- Drive the design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions.
- Break down project objectives into manageable tasks and guide resources on execution.
- Manage the entire delivery lifecycle, including training, meetings, testing, and launch support.
- Guide customers and partners to maximize benefits from their implementation.
- Travel to customer and partner locations as needed (20-30%).
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT/software experience.
- Experience in software solutions and delivery with major global organizations.
- Ability to enable real-world use cases with new technologies.
- Strong understanding of network principles and financial services networks.
- Insight into market dynamics and technological advancements relevant to Ripple.
- Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in driving customer/partner software integration engagements.
- Proactive leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Prior experience with institutional crypto custody solutions is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with software development.
