Base Salary
$196k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers and partners to onboard, partner, and implement Ripple’s solutions
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to bring products and features to market and refine and prioritize customer requirements
- Serve as the functional and technical specialist for customer, partner, and Ripple business objectives
- Drive the design, deployment, and successful adoption of new solutions
- Break project objectives into manageable tasks and guide internal and external resources through execution
- Own the delivery lifecycle, including training, meetings, configuration testing, and launch support
- Guide customers and partners toward maximum implementation benefits
- Travel to customer and partner locations when work-related travel resumes, approximately 20–30%
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven IT/software experience
- Experience delivering software solutions with major global organizations and industry groups
- Strong understanding of network principles and design, including financial services networks
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues at the network, database, and/or application level
- Experience driving customer and partner software integration engagements as the organization’s technical point of contact
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills for building trust with customers, suppliers, partners, and colleagues
- Ability to lead others, generate momentum, and solve problems using new technologies and innovative thinking
- Prior institutional crypto custody solutions experience is a significant advantage
- Hands-on software development experience, ideally writing production-grade code
