Responsibilities

Own AI projects from problem definition through architecture, development, and production operation.
Build production-ready LLM-based workflows, RAG systems, agentic pipelines, automations, and domain-specific models.
Work directly with business units including sales management, claims processing, underwriting, and finance.
Collaborate with managing directors and internal stakeholders, translating business problems into functional solutions and technical solutions into business value.
Contribute to GGW’s AI strategy by developing an internal AI culture and knowledge base.

Completed degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a comparable field, or demonstrably equivalent practical experience.
Substantial experience building and deploying AI/ML systems in production environments.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, RAG, and agentic systems.
Ability to quickly learn new domains and develop projects under uncertainty.
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills for working credibly with senior internal stakeholders.
Very good German and English language skills.
