The role combines hands-on LLM, RAG, agentic-system, and domain-model development with high-level stakeholder collaboration and strategic influence.

Als AI Platform Engineer verantwortest du den Aufbau und Betrieb der zentralen Infrastruktur für AI-Workflows, LLMs und Automatisierungen. Du gestaltest eine sichere, skalierbare und compliant Plattform für AI-Projekte im regulierten Versicherungsumfeld.

Als Lead Developer treibst du die technische Weiterentwicklung von Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 und der Power Platform voran. Du verbindest hands-on Entwicklung, technische Führung, Automatisierung und die Umsetzung moderner AI-Themen.
