Responsibilities
- Design and support customer identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Entra External ID.
- Lead the migration of client-facing applications, portals, and APIs from legacy identity platforms.
- Integrate applications using SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and federation technologies.
- Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs.
- Implement MFA, Conditional Access, and other secure authentication and authorization controls.
- Collaborate with application, architecture, cloud, and cyber security teams to deliver identity outcomes.
- Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues and reduce legacy identity complexity.
Requirements
- Experience in Client Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Entra External ID.
- Deep knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and federation technologies.
- Experience with customer-facing portals, APIs, and external identity integrations.
- Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
