Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and ServiceNow applications.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions involving multiple teams.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Design scalable and maintainable software components and develop enterprise integrations and APIs.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow is required.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration techniques and API development.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
