Responsibilities
- Design and build backend components of the MLOps platform on AWS.
- Collaborate with geographically distributed cross-functional teams.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to handle production incidents.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional backend web development experience with Python.
- Strong experience with AWS services including RDS or Redshift, S3, and EFS.
- Experience with Flask, Django, or FastAPI and WSGI or ASGI servers such as Gunicorn and Uvicorn.
- Experience with concurrent programming designs such as AsyncIO, unit and functional testing frameworks, public cloud platforms, and CI/CD tools or frameworks.
- Preferred experience with Apache Kafka, AWS SageMaker, Kubeflow, MLflow, Apache Spark, Docker, AWS ECS, AWS EKS, Terraform, Jenkins, Python packaging tools, and Python metaprogramming.
- BS in Computer Science or a related field; MS preferred.
