Responsibilities
- Conduct technical analysis on ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Perform application configuration and development of user stories and custom code.
- Adhere to development best practices.
- Create and update design and configuration documentation.
- Collaborate with functional teams to manage workflows.
- Resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
- Develop systems integrations and process automation.
- Create and configure notifications, UI pages, and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment.
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing web architected applications.
- Familiarity with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration.
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, PowerShell, and AngularJS.
- Strong problem-solving and data management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Preferred: ITIL Foundation and ServiceNow System Development Certifications.
