Responsibilities
- Conduct technical analysis of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, user stories, custom code, and update sets.
- Create and maintain design, code, and configuration documentation.
- Build requested items and tasks with ServiceNow functional teams using workflow processes.
- Develop systems integrations and process automation.
- Create and configure notifications, UI pages, UI macros, script includes, formatters, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with administrative support to resolve ServiceNow issues.
Requirements
- At least four years of ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment, including integrations and multiple applications across ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and HR Case.
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or three or more years of related experience.
- Experience designing and building applications that meet business goals and customizing web-architected, n-tier enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and SOAP, WSDL, and REST web service integrations.
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, PowerShell, and AngularJS.
- Familiarity with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS.
- ITIL Foundation Certification and ServiceNow System Development Certification are preferred.
- Strong data management, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, self-direction, and adaptability skills.
