Responsibilities
- Perform root-cause analysis of complex problems involving distributed cloud-based systems.
- Diagnose, isolate, and debug production issues to resolve customer-facing incidents.
- Conduct proactive analysis and troubleshooting to prevent production incidents.
- Monitor the progress of submitted builds to the App Store and address any rejections.
- Diagnose issues if builds fail in the CI/CD process using Jenkins.
- Analyze app performance using tools like Xcode Organizer and third-party tools.
- Act as Level 3 support on a 24/7 on-call rotation and escalate issues to engineering.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting iOS applications.
- Strong systems background and knowledge of application development technologies.
- Experience with analytic tools like Firebase, Crashlytics, and Apple Developer Tools.
- Good understanding of networking protocols and tools.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and Jenkins.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years in a technical support role.
