Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture of AI generation pipelines.
- Define technical quality standards and provide final sign-off on deliverables.
- Lead technical discussions during client pitches and RFPs.
- Design scalable AI workflows for Monks' global production ecosystem.
- Advise clients on model selection and AI-related production risks.
- Drive research and development initiatives for new production capabilities.
- Mentor Junior and Mid-level Creative Technologists.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in production or creative technology.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions.
- Understanding of ComfyUI or Node-based systems.
- Strong knowledge of open-source AI models, especially Google Models.
- Python programming skills with experience in API integration and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience with client-facing projects for enterprise brands.
- Strong understanding of production workflows and ROI considerations.
- Experience designing scalable production pipelines.
