Responsibilities
- Design and build conversational solutions, custom copilots, and agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Python.
- Integrate AI agents and automated workflows with Snowflake, SharePoint, and enterprise data platforms.
- Architect and operate large-scale Azure cloud infrastructure and manage deployments through CI/CD pipelines and YAML.
- Develop monitoring, logging, auditing, and reporting strategies using Splunk to track agent performance and operational bottlenecks.
- Use Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Provide technical direction, collaborate with global cross-functional teams, participate in client discussions, and recommend emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or automation roles with demonstrated enterprise-scale impact.
- At least 4 years of hands-on Python development experience building backend services, APIs, and data integrations.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and deploying solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate.
- Experience building agentic workflows or AI pipelines and integrating large language models into business processes.
- Strong Azure cloud expertise; AWS experience is a plus.
- Experience integrating applications or agents with Snowflake.
- Experience building high-volume logging and monitoring ecosystems, including tools such as Splunk, multi-region ingestion, and automated reporting.
- Daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, or ChatGPT.
- Bilingual English communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repositories, artifacts, and YAML.
- Preferred familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
- Preferred experience with SharePoint integrations, reusable modules, and reproducible infrastructure standards.
