Base Salary
$180k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the agentic development environment to ensure agents operate effectively.
- Build tooling integrations connecting agents to necessary systems for software development.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for agent guidance.
- Work with engineers to identify and address challenges faced by agents.
- Stay updated on AI productivity trends and drive improvements across the organization.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to understand complex backend code.
- Deep hands-on experience with AI coding agents like Claude Code or Copilot.
- Experience in writing effective agent documentation that improves output.
- Proven track record of building developer tools or infrastructure.
- Comfortable working across the technology stack including CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
