Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Python automation and GenAI solutions for assigned application-support workstreams.
- Produce high-level and low-level designs, reusable frameworks, and architecture patterns across ITIL phases.
- Develop agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG over runbooks, knowledge assistants, and Agentic AI workflows.
- Automate ticket triage, routing, remediation, root-cause analysis, batch operations, health checks, data fixes, access requests, and reporting.
- Implement SRE and observability capabilities including SLI/SLO tracking, golden signals, self-healing, event correlation, and alert-noise reduction.
- Integrate ServiceNow, Jira, GitHub, monitoring systems, CI/CD processes, and engineering standards.
- Demonstrate solutions to client stakeholders and delivery teams and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required; the technical qualifications also state 8+ years in software or automation engineering.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Advanced Python expertise and hands-on delivery of enterprise automation assets in production.
- Hands-on Generative AI and Agentic AI development, including prompt engineering, RAG, LLM integration, and guardrails.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI on Azure OpenAI or Amazon Bedrock.
- Knowledge of REST API, JSON, SQL, scripting integration, and event-driven design.
- Experience with SRE, event correlation, observability, DevOps/CI/CD, and ITIL.
- Clear communication and demonstration skills with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Preferred experience includes vector databases, knowledge graphs, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Preferred certifications include Python, cloud, Generative AI, ITIL, or observability certifications.
