Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate and prioritize technology partners across security, vulnerability management, identity, cloud, collaboration, DevOps and automation ecosystems.
  • Own the integration and partner pipeline from research and outreach through technical evaluation, onboarding, validation, launch and ongoing coordination.
  • Review API, webhook and integration documentation to assess feasibility, dependencies, authentication requirements and implementation scope.
  • Use Postman, curl, Git and lightweight scripts to test APIs, validate payloads and troubleshoot integration behavior.
  • Read code and technical implementation details to investigate issues and determine when Engineering support is needed.
  • Manage partner communications, technical follow-ups, onboarding steps and launch coordination.
  • Prepare and submit partner, certification and technology alliance applications and track them through completion.
  • Translate partner and stakeholder needs into technical requirements, use cases, workflows and structured summaries for Product and Engineering.
  • Coordinate with Engineering on integration requirements, blockers, tradeoffs and release readiness.
  • Maintain integration pipeline status, next steps, technical requirements, risks and key contacts.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Documentation teams on integration descriptions, positioning, publication and support.
  • Track integration health, partner dependencies and post-launch maintenance needs.
  • Define and report metrics for partners sourced, applications submitted, integrations validated, integrations launched and pipeline progress.
  • Present partner and integration status, risks, priorities and outcomes to leadership.
  • Use Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI-enabled tools for research, partner analysis, communication drafting, documentation and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software development, integrations engineering, solutions engineering, technical partnerships or a related technical role.
  • Prior hands-on experience in software development, integrations engineering or a similar technical position.
  • Ability to read, understand and write code or scripts in Python, JavaScript, Go or similar languages.
  • Strong hands-on experience with APIs and webhooks, including documentation review, test calls and payload or event validation.
  • Experience using Postman, curl, Git or similar development and integration-testing tools.
  • Understanding of integration patterns, authentication methods, authorization flows and data-exchange concepts.
  • Ability to independently test and troubleshoot integrations before escalating to Engineering.
  • Experience translating partner, customer or business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • Experience managing a high-volume, diverse partner or integration pipeline from sourcing through launch.
  • Stakeholder management experience representing a company externally and working across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Solutions teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including partner-facing and executive-facing communications.
  • Experience defining, tracking and presenting pipeline metrics and outcomes to leadership.
  • Ability and willingness to use AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: experience managing integrations across multiple technology categories and working with security, identity, cloud infrastructure, SaaS collaboration or DevOps platforms.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Wiz, Tenable, SailPoint, Slack, Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, Ansible, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Vault or Jenkins.
  • Preferred: experience with partner certification programs, technology alliance applications, marketplace listings, integration launches, ongoing maintenance and technical escalations.
  • Preferred: experience working with senior executives or C-level stakeholders and in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS or another technical product environment.
