Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, secure Microsoft D365 F&SCM solutions across Azure, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Lead technical design, integrations, and modernization initiatives from AX to D365.
- Embed AI, Copilot, and automation into finance and supply chain processes.
- Design Azure infrastructure for integration, security, data, and resiliency.
- Guide X++ development, extensions, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.
- Act as a trusted client advisor and mentor global technical teams.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams while supporting practice development and client delivery.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem with Microsoft D365 F&SCM architecture experience.
- Proven success delivering full-lifecycle ERP implementations and transformations.
- Deep expertise in Azure, integrations, data platforms, and security.
- Experience with AI solutions including Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and AI Builder.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management experience at the Manager or Senior Manager level.
- Strong client-facing leadership experience in global delivery environments.
- Canadian citizenship required for TN visa eligibility, with at least five years of Canadian residency required for government clearance eligibility.
- Required certifications: MB-700, MB-500, and PL-600.
- Preferred certifications include AZ-305, AI-102, and Fabric/Data certifications.
