Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture for Salesforce Agentforce implementations.
- Design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Define agent orchestration strategies, prompts, intents, workflows, integrations, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data models, Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and external systems.
- Lead agent development and deployment teams, provide architectural guidance, and mentor teams on implementation standards and governance.
- Conduct technical design reviews, facilitate workshops, evaluate new Agentforce capabilities, and ensure performance, scalability, security, and other non-functional requirements.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is required, including 10–12+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Strong Salesforce technical architecture expertise and hands-on experience with Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI concepts, prompt engineering, cloud architecture, enterprise integration patterns, Salesforce governor limits, design patterns, and scalable architecture.
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and integrations.
- Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release governance, multiple teams and workstreams, and enterprise Agentforce delivery.
- Mandatory Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce AI Associate, and Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certifications.
- Strong stakeholder communication and decision-making skills; familiarity with Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
