Responsibilities
- Define, design, and lead the implementation of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and align technology roadmaps with enterprise strategy and architecture.
- Design AS-IS, transition, and TO-BE architectures across the technology ecosystem.
- Evaluate and select technologies for digital transformation initiatives.
- Define scalable, secure, and efficient architectures for enterprise solutions.
- Identify, document, and manage technical debt and architecture exceptions.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation to support transition to operations.
- Facilitate architecture validation sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture committees and technology governance processes.
- Promote enterprise architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
- Lead functional and technical discussions with multidisciplinary teams and mentor technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in roles such as Technical Lead, Architect, Technical Lead, or Strategic Project Manager.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Solutions Architect.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise architectures and corporate solutions.
- Experience as an AWS Solutions Architect and knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Experience designing cloud solutions using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
- Knowledge and experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Experience with agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Lean.
- Experience leading functional and technical discussions with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Experience in digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
- AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect certification is desirable.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with SAP modules, architecture patterns, enterprise platform integration, and hybrid ecosystems are desirable.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, strategic thinking, negotiation, stakeholder management, decision-making, adaptability, and mentoring capabilities are expected.
