Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet business or user-area needs.
- Monitor development through analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation, and provide user and operational support.
- Analyze complex application-development problems and evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Recommend and develop security measures during post-implementation analysis to support system design and functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; recommend programming solutions; and install or assist with customer-facing systems.
- Help define operating standards and processes and advise or coach new or lower-level analysts.
- Assess risk, support compliance with applicable laws and policies, and escalate and report control issues transparently.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project-management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
