Responsibilities
- Work directly with process owners and customer IT teams to select workflows, define success, and secure required access and data.
- Lead hands-on customer sessions, explain product capabilities and limitations, and connect technical results to business outcomes.
- Write custom JavaScript tools and debug failures across browser behavior, agent execution, application state, and backend services.
- Build tests covering business outcomes, exceptions, partial completion, and recovery.
- Launch and stabilize workflows while documenting monitoring, recovery procedures, and support ownership.
- Turn deployment lessons into reusable tools and tests and partner with core engineering to address recurring product gaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to write and debug JavaScript or TypeScript and reason about web applications, APIs, and data flow.
- Experience working directly with users and explaining technical problems clearly.
- Experience leading complex customer-facing deployments and building tools or practices that improve outcomes beyond individual projects.
- Ability to align stakeholders on extending the product, narrowing scope, or stopping an unsafe rollout.
- Helpful experience includes Playwright, browser automation, browser extensions, RPA, enterprise integration, agent systems, tool execution, evaluations, failure recovery, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, forward-deployed engineering, or customer-facing product development.
