Base Salary
$119k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives and leadership to create effective account strategies.
- Conduct organized discoveries to identify customer needs and requirements.
- Develop solutions that align with Benchling capabilities and customer science.
- Present and demonstrate solutions persuasively, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with product management to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Create reusable solutions and mentor other Solution Consultants.
Requirements
- PhD in a Life Science field with at least 4 years of customer-facing experience.
- Experience with scientific software such as LIMS or ELN is preferred.
- Ability to model scientific data and craft solutions based on industry best practices.
- Familiarity with research technology used by biopharma companies.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to new customer engagement processes.
- Proven ability to establish trust with scientific buyers and stakeholders.
