Responsibilities

- Own the agent development lifecycle from pilot to deployment.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows.
- Shape the core platform based on customer insights and needs.
- Build evaluation metrics to measure agent performance.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with production systems.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and context engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
