Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, interactive data visualization components and reporting features using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services using Java, Spring, Hibernate/JPA, and database queries.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers to turn complex datasets into intuitive interfaces.
- Write unit and integration tests, apply test-driven development, participate in code reviews, and maintain code quality.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance across client-side rendering, backend services, and database queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on professional expertise.
- At least 2 years of experience building full-stack applications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in full-stack development.
- Proficiency with Java 8+, Spring frameworks, Spring MVC, SQL, MySQL or another RDBMS, Hibernate/JPA, and JDBC.
- Expertise with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, DOM manipulation, and RESTful APIs.
- Applied experience with React is strongly preferred; Angular or Vue experience is also valuable.
- Familiarity with Git, command-line environments, client-side debugging, and collaborative software engineering practices.
- Nice-to-have experience includes Docker, Kubernetes, Gradle, Vite, Webpack, Redux, Vuex, CSS preprocessors, Elasticsearch, Spring Boot, Netty, Tomcat, Resin, and LLM or agentic development.
