Base Salary
$120k - $355k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Tanium's servers and client alongside a highly agile development team.
- Focus on a strong customer engagement model and feedback process to ensure products are designed correctly from the start.
- Design, develop, and test new product ideas from the ground up while collaborating with product management for feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of industry experience, with 10+ years preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of C++.
- Experience designing and building high-performance, secure, scalable backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with public cloud technologies (e.g., AWS or Azure).
- Experience with cryptographic primitives, TLS, and PKI.
- Proficiency in HTTP API design and development.
- Experience with modern software engineering development and automation tools like git, GHA, and Jenkins.
