Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality backend software within agreed timelines and propose solutions to complex technical problems.
- Deliver scalable and maintainable solutions while balancing technical trade-offs.
- Understand product features and KPIs and collaborate with the Product Manager to drive product development.
- Share ownership of software design decisions and contribute to team knowledge.
- Participate in an on-call environment, respond to high-priority issues, and escalate when appropriate.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Ability to solve complex and unfamiliar problems independently while involving appropriate teammates when needed.
- Strong collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and shared-ownership skills.
- High standards for code quality and openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail, interest in investments, and commitment to applying current engineering practices.
