Responsibilities
- Map customer pain points and business objectives to tailored implementation and onboarding plans.
- Build and share best practices and educational content around error monitoring and performance management.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through instrumentation and monitoring best practices.
- Run workshop-level engagements to deepen product maturity and drive broader adoption.
- Act as the voice of the customer by surfacing feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or Software Developer.
- Hands-on experience with modern stacks including JavaScript frameworks and backend languages.
- Strong understanding of the software development and release lifecycle.
- Solid observability foundation with practical experience in APM, RUM, tracing, and error monitoring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with both ICs and engineering leadership.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
