Responsibilities
- Implement and deliver Adyen’s knowledge platform for contextual knowledge delivery through AI-native interfaces.
- Design, configure, and orchestrate AWS serverless pipelines that ingest content from headless CMS platforms and Git repositories.
- Define graph schemas and ontologies and write optimized, idempotent queries for updating and querying the graph database.
- Build performant retrieval APIs for developers and AI agents.
- Implement instrumentation, validation controls, and quality processes to detect documentation drift and maintain platform integrity.
- Collaborate with technical writers, product managers, engineering teams, and cloud platform teams on secure and resilient deployments.
- Contribute through code reviews and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Deep production experience with Python.
- Proficiency designing serverless orchestrations with AWS Step Functions and AWS Lambda.
- Experience with graph databases, specifically Neo4j and the Cypher query language, including evolving data ontologies.
- Experience building content-ingestion or ETL pipelines that transform unstructured content from Git or headless CMS sources into graph databases.
- Experience designing performant APIs for complex retrieval.
- Solid understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code with Pulumi.
- Understanding of collaboration with cloud platform teams managing container workloads with Amazon EKS/Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate strategy into technical initiatives for engineering and writing audiences.
- Knowledge of GraphRAG patterns or vector embedding integration such as Amazon Bedrock is a strong plus.
