Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable AI automation workflows using Make as the primary integration platform.
- Manage data flows, transformations, and database manipulation for seamless integration between tools.
- Explore and implement AI applications to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
- Test new technologies while ensuring security and data integrity.
- Contribute to documentation and governance frameworks for automation workflows.
- Diagnose complex issues and propose creative solutions.
- Mentor junior colleagues and share domain knowledge.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production-grade automation workflows with Make, n8n, Zapier, or Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Finance and/or HCM, including integration using EIBs and APIs.
- Experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows to solve business problems.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with a bias for action in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Eagerness to learn and acquire new technical skills.
