Responsibilities
- Develop maintainable, testable, and performant web application software.
- Build and deliver consumer and enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Participate in code reviews and perform extensive testing.
- Research new technologies and tools and share findings with the team.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with software development team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and delivering modern production-grade web applications in a team environment.
- Very strong Java programming skills using Spring Boot or Spring Cloud.
- Experience with frontend JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Deep understanding of web application architecture, including APIs, templating, routing, data storage, design patterns, optimization, caching, and security.
- Fundamental knowledge of HTTP, the DOM, SSL, and web servers.
- Fluency with relational databases or NoSQL databases.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach and commitment to improving software development workflows and processes.
- Preferred experience with WordPress, AEM, Sitefinity, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, serverless technologies, or Next.js.
