Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.
- Build new systems and improve existing systems through greenfield development.
- Build APIs and engineer microservices for financial products.
- Evolve systems supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Develop maintainable business logic and collaborate with the engineering team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated backend development experience and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another Engineering or Science discipline.
- Track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with an ambitious, results-driven approach.
