Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents that interact with users and systems at scale.
  • Build evaluation, testing, monitoring, and feedback systems for agent reliability, safety, and continual improvement.
  • Architect modular AI workflows and integrate agents with backend APIs and data systems.
  • Translate AI prototypes into scalable, maintainable production systems.
  • Own and shape Insight Timer’s GenAI infrastructure, frameworks, best practices, and internal tooling.
  • Design data and feedback pipelines and evaluate emerging agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including production experience with an AI agent or LLM-based automation system.
  • Strong Python fundamentals and the ability to write clear, reliable, maintainable code.
  • Understanding of software design principles, modular architecture, and system integration.
  • Experience building or operating backend services, APIs, or distributed workflows in production.
  • Familiarity with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or the ability to learn similar systems quickly.
  • Experience designing evaluation, monitoring, and feedback pipelines for continuously improving systems.
