Base Salary
$103k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build internal tooling, automation, and self-service solutions that improve AI operations and developer experience.
- Support and maintain enterprise AI platforms across cloud-based and on-premises environments.
- Troubleshoot LLM integrations, APIs, model behavior, production issues, and system performance.
- Monitor API usage, token consumption, performance, and reliability for Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini integrations.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and deployment workflows for AI systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Software Engineering, Business Systems, and AI Strategy teams to improve AI solution reliability and usability.
Requirements
- Experience in IT Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, AI infrastructure, or AI support operating complex production systems.
- Practical experience with AI platforms, LLM integrations, or AI-powered applications, including Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar models.
- Working knowledge of Linux administration and scripting or automation with Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with infrastructure management, configuration, or orchestration tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Kubernetes.
- Experience troubleshooting production systems and using monitoring or observability tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bonus experience with GPU infrastructure, AI workload orchestration, vector databases, RAG applications, agentic frameworks, or hybrid cloud environments.
