Base Salary
$103k - $172k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical elements of large-scale customer projects from initiation through planning, execution, control, and closeout.
- Serve as the lead software project engineer and primary technical contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Confirm customer requirements, software and hardware specifications, and bill-of-material alignment.
- Develop project schedules, risk management plans, and communication plans.
- Support system architecture and lead the project technical team.
- Monitor task completion, team performance, project updates, schedules, issues, contract administration, and risks.
- Coordinate project closeout, including equipment arrival, installation, startup, training, financial reconciliation, and profitability validation.
- Provide technical guidance to technical team members and support customer-site commissioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Significant experience with at least one SCADA or MES platform, such as Enterprise SCADA, OASyS DNA, Vijeo/Citect SCADA, Ampla MES, ClearSCADA, WonderWare SCADA, or WonderWare Historian.
- Desired experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, C#, and Microsoft Reporting Services.
- Experience developing, installing, and commissioning custom hardware and software systems.
- Ability to manage high-pressure customer-site situations and interact with government and private-sector customers.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 20–50%.
