Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AI-native engineering workflows including coding assistants and autonomous agents.
- Create high-impact technical content such as blogs, tutorials, and implementation playbooks.
- Build demo repositories and reusable workflow examples for AI-native development practices.
- Engage developers through technical storytelling and community participation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve adoption of AI-native workflows.
- Educate developers on emerging AI-native engineering paradigms.
- Identify friction points and enable scalable AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Measure and improve adoption of AI-native engineering practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Developer Relations, Developer Experience, or related technical roles.
- Strong software engineering background with proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
- Hands-on experience with AI-native engineering tools like GitHub Copilot and MCP servers.
- Deep understanding of modern AI-assisted software development practices.
- Strong technical storytelling and communication skills.
- Experience engaging developer communities through workshops and online platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
