Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-powered automation solutions to improve productivity.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in field workflows.
- Lead discovery and solution design sessions with field teams.
- Integrate AI capabilities into automation workflows.
- Document solutions and best practices for team learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering or technical consulting with a focus on automation.
- Experience delivering end-to-end automation solutions on iPaaS platforms, preferably Workato.
- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and OAuth authentication.
- Experience with SQL in any RDBMS.
- Familiarity with Gen AI tools and vector databases.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to convey complex concepts.
