Responsibilities
- Design, document, and execute test procedures using JIRA and Zephyr.
- Coordinate with Product and Application Development teams to drive product quality.
- Develop and maintain automated software component tests and test frameworks.
- Incorporate automation tests into the build process using test plans.
- Plan, execute, and report testing for mobile, web, and desktop software.
- Apply technical knowledge across different platforms and code bases.
- Perform mobile QA, including white-box and black-box testing for Android or iOS platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an engineering discipline with computer science experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Experience with ASP, C#, SQL, and web technologies.
- Experience with mobile QA testing on Android or iOS; experience with both platforms is a plus.
- Test automation experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with development teams and advocate for quality.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or in groups under general supervision and adapt to change.
