Base Salary
$123k - $172k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship new features, product improvements, and bug fixes within the team’s codebase.
- Own delivery of small-to-medium scoped projects with minimal oversight.
- Participate in planning, implementation, testing, release, and post-launch support.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to testing strategies and practices.
- Document work clearly and provide thoughtful code reviews.
- Collaborate with customer support and other partners to investigate issues and prioritize customer feedback.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in Go, Rust, or TypeScript and the tools needed to complete tasks independently.
- Experience building smooth user-facing features.
- Ability to navigate an existing codebase, reuse established patterns, and propose improvements.
- Commitment to testing, maintainability, and clear code and documentation.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, including sharing progress, raising blockers, and incorporating feedback.
- Bonus: experience shipping iOS features with Swift and Apple SDKs.
- Bonus: experience supporting production systems and participating in on-call or incident-response rotations.
- Bonus: familiarity with developer tooling, CI/CD, testing, and documentation improvements.
