Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure software applications using the Pega Platform.
- Lead application design and configuration and provide technical direction.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software application issues.
- Oversee best practices and adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with the Pega Platform.
- Strong experience in Pega application design and configuration.
- LSA certification is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
