Responsibilities
- Design and implement new and existing in-game UI systems and their intersections with gameplay features and services.
- Optimize UI systems and fix bugs in new and existing functionality.
- Write and document robust, maintainable, extensible code.
- Collaborate with engineering, art, design, QA, production, and gameplay teams.
- Learn live-service development processes and contribute to seasonal content for Battle Royale game modes.
Requirements
- Strong C++ programming skills.
- Experience with Unreal Engine, UMG, and MVVM.
- Enthusiasm for games and interactive entertainment, with an interest in design and implementation principles.
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully in a remote, cross-disciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to quality, collaboration, learning, and exploring unfamiliar systems.
