Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and intelligent data products and AI automation solutions.
- Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure for AI-powered systems.
- Design and deploy AI-powered automation solutions to eliminate routine manual work.
- Partner with business and engineering teams to identify automation and integration opportunities.
- Drive the architecture and execution of platform-level capabilities using AI and modern tooling.
- Provide technical leadership to internal engineers and external partners.
- Shape incident and on-call response strategies and processes.
- Mentor other engineers and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Champion effective change management and enablement for system adoption.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML, or similar roles.
- Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying scalable data products and AI solutions.
- Extensive experience with data technologies and tools such as Airflow and AWS.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
- Experience in designing AI-powered automation solutions.
- Strong communication skills for presenting data-driven narratives.
- Passion for customer-centric approaches and empathy for business stakeholders.
