Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and validation for DeepL Voice use cases.
- Advise on scalable, real-time voice AI architectures.
- Work with BPOs and contact center providers to deploy and integrate voice AI.
- Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams on voice solutions.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales.
- Familiarity with SIP/VoIP/IVR, CCaaS platforms, and voice technology stacks.
- Strong systems mindset for designing integrated voice solutions.
- Ability to build technical credibility with enterprise stakeholders.
- Genuine belief in DeepL's mission to make language technology accessible.
